What a good and yummy looking satay! Your peanut sauce sounds very delicious too. It’s so hard to get the right peanut sauce and yours seems like very authentic. I’m going to bookmark this and hope to try it soon. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Hi Barbara, I made the fruit pizza by: taking two packages of sugar cookie dough and pressing in down on a cookie sheet. Baked it and then frosted by mixing cream cheese, cool whip, & some sugar. Then I just topped it with strawberries, kiwis, and mandarin oranges..next time I’ll try a different variety. Hope you give it a try…I know you’ll like it!
