These are delicious and because it makes 2 loaves, I put the other in the freezer for later! However, I am curious as to the nutritional value/calories per slice for this recipe. Could you please tell me what it is?

I made these into muffins. I didn’t have sweetened coconut or chocolate chips. So, I used unsweet and no chips. I sprinkled sugar on top of the muffins before baking. They were delicious!

Hi Christine – I haven’t tried it, but you shouldn’t have to make any adjustments other than the time – about 20 minutes. Only fill the cups 2/3’s full. Let me know how it goes.
